How do i stop my computer from reseting itself?

ok this is how it happened i was playing counter strike 1.6 and when u add bots to a map u have to wait until they learn it that time they didnt and the computer reseed it self my RAM works just fine with all my games and now each time i run a game or sometimes when i watch a video it resets itself
