Do guys really worry that much about how their bed skills are? And why does he care so much?

Ha i had to ask because just recently my fwb wanted to have , but i just wasn't into it and since i pretty much said no, he asked me what changed and if there was something last time he did to change my thoughts? lol. Why does he care so much? He swears that he did something last time that is stopping me from having with him again this time... any opinions?
