Tenor saxophone question??

ok, so I'm in high school and we just got our music for our 08-09 field show. Our opener is Whodunnit? and our closer is The Jazz Police, both by Gordin Goodwin(GENIUS) and in probably like the last minute and a half(?) of Whodunnit? we have sixteenth notes(at tempo where the quarter note=168) that go high D, high E flat, back down to high D, and then to high C. that is repeated 3 times. what do you suggest I do about having to move my hands SO fast? is there an easier way I can get back down to the C without messing up the whole thing???
