For the guys - How do you interpret it when a girl grinds on you in a club?

This is based on something that happened with me a little while ago. If you were dancing in a club and a girl was grinding her on you, would you ume that that meant she wanted to sleep with you? Do you think you would get an ? And if you did, would you try to hide it or at least be discrete about it?
