Helo with ms?

i know u cant cure it or anything so i aint askin for a cure but is there anything we can do to help ma mum coz sumtimes she has really good days n sum they are really abd and a hate seein her like it, its got to t point that she can no longer control her bladder atm and its affecting her work, i dont know wot to do i cant lose ma mum.
