Lump lower inner eye?

i have a lump near my lower, inner eye. I don't have tearing. I also dont have any pain in that area either. I noticed the lump yesterday and I really never noticed it before. The lump is not really noticeable or big in that area. And not comfortable. Today I tried a hot compress and slight rubbing to open drainage AND MY NOSE SUDDENLY SWOLE UP!!! and gradually went back up. What could this be?
