K so i have to write a paragraph if canada should reinstate the death penatly for murder...im going to write that they should reinstate it...anyone have a suggestion or two as to WHY THEY SHOULD reinstate it?! answer with the most reasons gets BEST ANSWER!! =) THANKS<3!
