Shoes clothes Accessories please answer?

ok so when its warm out i'd jus where cute summer dresses that go to your knee with ballet flats or even some converse but that only would look good if you do it right. In the winter i'd wear jeans and cute sweaters and stuff with boots or flats or converse. also if you have an urban outfiitters, they have the cutest shoes there!!
