Is cedar rapids, Iowa, near Fort madison, Iowa?

Been trying to figure that out. I went down to a concert in Iowa(Fort madison, tri-state rodeo) and I swore we ped a rode that said Kirkwood, and I am trying to figure out if that was the rode that Kirkwood community college is. But Kirkwood is in Cedar rapids. Any help?
