Inappropriate modeling section in Natasha catalog?

I'm sure some of you have heard of the Natasha clothing catalog in the Philippines. I saw a bra section of the catalog that said "preteens 10-14" There were a few girls about that age posing in bras. I read about child modeling in wikipedia.org http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_modeling_%28%29 Isn't what I found in the Nastasha catalog considered child modeling? The purpose of that section of the Natasha catalog is for annoying little underage girls to show off. Isn't it disgusting and illegal because of their age? I'm not sure so I'm asking here. (I'm a female by the way) What do you think?
