If the health care bill does not have 'death panels' why is this happening in a similar system?

Gomanyes, it is similar in that it is run by tGovernment. Read the bill ! There WILL be committees to determine if the drugs/surgrery you need are being used to best advantage. If that is not a "Death Panel" , it is pretty darned close. If you are old and not paying much in taxes, guess what the opinion will be?
