I need help with this boy, seriously!?

Well, there was this boy, he was new in our school, the first girl he ever liked was me, he said please i love you, love me back. And i did love him, but i was with this other guy. But later on, i dumped my boyfriend because he was back stabbing me. And i wanted to go back to that guy that said he loved me, but its too late, he loved another girl, but he still kept on staring at me in cl, and sayin ooo i love that girl, on msn to me so he can make me jelous, i didnt have a chance to tell him how i feel because we deleted eachother off msn, and he left the school, but i miss him SO much i think about him every night. I wish i made the right choises and went with him. So, what should i do? Is he tryna make me jelous? Or does he really love that girl? (oh by the way he stares at her too, and he talks about her and not me now, AND that girl is my best friend)
