How to talk a person down from a high price?

There is this soccer jersey store in my town (its not a chain there's only one) and they have this Spurs Robbie Keane jersey (home 09/10). But the price is still at like $100... I feel like I should be able to get it for a lower price because its an old jersey plus its kind of a washed up player. Any tips on bargaining for this? Thanks.
