Could this be pregnancy?

I am 7dpo and in the middle of the dreaded 2WW!!! I have been doing cervical checks for this cycle for the first time. Today my cervix was suddenly high and squishy. I heard that this is a sign of pregnancy. Also, I usually begin spotting a week before AF and so far not a trace! I know it's too early to tell and anything can happen in the next 7 days but I am way too anxious!
