Can i travel abroad with a felony?? please read?

ok so i have a ticket to Ukraine in August. I got arrested about a month ago for possession of heroin which is a felony (im not even guilty of it...i was with the wrong people at the wrong time). I never had bail, only a court summons, and since, my lawyer is getting me into pre trial intervention. am i going to be able to leave the country/ be accepted into Ukraine? I was never convicted of anything yet....and i frankly dont thin Ukraine's customs officials would even know about my arrest.
