Annoying calorie counting?

use fitday.com as well. I know how you feel. I'm 5'6 and 117 pounds. My mom was 5'8 and less than 130 until she was 30 years old, at which point she had 3 kids and gained probably 60 pounds. I'm scared that's going to happen to me. But maybe you calorie counting will encourage your parents to do the same, so you might find pleasure in calorie counting. You don't necessarily have to just count calories either. You could just eat healthier food and not really worry about the calories. Eat a salad for lunch instead of a sandwich or a burger. Eat fruit and healthy cereal for breakfast or a piece of toast and some jelly. You'll be cutting calories but not really worrying about it because you're eating healthily. that's reallyall that matters.
